Antonio Zapata y Cisneros

Antonio Zapata y Cisneros (Madrid, 8 October 1550 - c. 27 April 1635) was a Spanish bishop, archbishop and cardinal-priest of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, as well as councillor to Philip III of Spain, viceroy of Naples and inquisitor general of Spain. He took part in the papal conclaves of 1621 and 1623 that elected Pope Gregory XV and Pope Urban VIII respectively.
